公司制国有企业工会主席实行直选 ,首先是建立现代企业制度的需要 ,同时也是改革工会体制的内在要求 ,在理论、法律上也有充分依据。但在具体实践中 ,必须正确处理好几个重要关系 ,并注意规范选举的程序 ,从而使“直选工作”健康发展。

At present, it is required to carry out direct election of trade unions' chairmen in the incorporated national enterprises. First of all, it is the requirement to set up modern business system and then it is the intrinsic demand in reforming the trade unions' system. It has not only its theoretical basis but also its legal basis. However, in practice, we have to handle well some important relations and pay attention to the standardization of the election procedures so that the“work of direct election”could develop healthily.
