With high technology as its driving force and transnational corporation as its leading factor, the process of the globalization is turning into reality with the development logic which cannot be changed by the will of any person. The globalization is influencing deeply the contemporary politics, economy, culture and social life. For China, our national enterprises are influenced by the globalization most seriously. It is up to the Party and the Party organizations in the enterprises whether or not these enterprises can stand steadily in the fierce international competition and be the winner of the 21st century. Therefore, in the face of the negative influences of the globalization, we should further strengthen and improve the Party's organizational organization so that we can meet with new challenges with good spiritual attitude.
