摘要
为了把影响混凝土质量主要因素控制好,对两项工序(混凝土坍落度及混凝土搅拌温度的控制)应处于管理状态。建议推行中位数极差X—Rs—Rm管理图进行控制,通过它确保产品质量的一致性及稳定性。
In order to avoid the factors which influence on the quality of concrete, two key working processes, ie. control of slump and mixing temperature of concrete should be well under controlled, and X-Rs-Rm controlling graphic was suggested to be adopted. Therefore, the accordance and stability of product would be guaranteed.
