要塑造好工会形象 ,必须了解工会产生和发展的历史进程 ,认识工会的本来面目 ;必须以马克思主义工人运动和工会理论为指导 ;必须进一步认识工会在市场经济条件下的身份定位 ,坚持依法治会 ;必须抓好重点工作 ,突出维护职能。

In order to create good trade unions' image, we have to try to do all of the following: understand the historical process of the beginning and development of the trade unions and recognize its historical task; be guided by the Marxism theory of workers' movement and trade unions; further recognize the locating of role of trade unions under the background of market economy and insist on administering the unions according tot he law; do well the important work and give prominence to the function of preservation.
