论中国反倾销法的完善

On the Improvement of China's Antidumping Legislation

倾销是一种不公平的贸易做法。鉴于我国反倾销之现状,目前应加强研究世贸规则与他国反倾销法,在比较中寻找差距。对于适合我国实际的一些制度、规定应大运用,以逐步完善我国的反倾销立法。

Dumping is an unfair way of trade. In regard to the present antidumping situation of our country, we should study WTO rules and antidumping laws of other countries in order to find differences by comparing and try our best to establish some practical institutions that conform with our country at the moment as to improve the antidumping legislation of our country.
