西部工业发展战略的目标和模式探讨

Probing into Targets and Models of Industry Development Strategy in the West China

在工业全局和长远的发展中 ,必须制定科学的发展战略 ,才能避免局限性 ,盲目性 ,实现资源优化配置 ,而西部工业发展对整个西部大开发具有举足轻重的作用 ,本文通过大量的数据分析和预测 ,制定了西部工业发展的战略目标 ,并通过战略SWOT分析设计了实现战略目标的模式。

The industry development of the west China is very important to the west China whole exploiting. In order to realize the industry development entirely and long, we must draw up a scientific development strategy to avoid the limitations and blindness, to make use of resources excellently. In this paper, we have forecasted and made the strategic targets of industry development in the west China ,also we have designed the models to get the strategic targets by the means of SWOT analyzing.
