摘要
本文介绍了八毫米雪崩管脉冲振荡源的设计及研制,讨论了影响振荡源频谱纯度和相干性的独特的雪崩管特性。振荡源在30.52GHz的频率上,脉冲峰值功率为3.2W,占空比1%,脉内调频小于800MHz。
In this paper the design and development of 8mm pulsed IMPATT source are introduced, The unique IMPATT properties which affect the oscillator spectral purity and coherency are discussed.The peak power output of pulsed IMPATT source of 3.2W at 1% duty cycle is achieved at 30.52GHz, frequency chirp during the bias pulse is less than 800MHz.
