摘要
目的 :揭示一次性力竭运动的应激状态对肝氧化状态、糖原及肝细胞超微结构的影响。方法 :雄性昆明种小鼠为实验对象 ,一次性力竭运动建立动物模型 ,分别测试SGPT、SOD、POD、CAT的活性 ,Gn、MDA的含量及T AOC ,透射电镜观察肝细胞超微结构。结果 :运动后即刻 ,SGPT活性与Gn含量显著下降 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,POD活性及MDA含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,而SOD、CAT的活性及T AOC变化不显著 (P >0 .0 5)。 2 4h恢复后 ,SGPT、POD、CAT的活性及Gn含量均显著高于运动即刻组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而SOD活性及T AOC则显著低于运动即刻组 (P <0 .0 5) ,且MDA含量显著低于运动即刻组 (P <0 .0 1 )。一次性力竭运动对肝细胞超微结构形成明显的破坏作用 ,导致部分细胞器出现明显的变异。结论 :一次性力竭运动的应激状态对肝氧化状态。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress caused by exhaustive exercise on oxidation state, glycogen content and ultrastruture of liver. The objects are male Kunming mice and the model is set up by the exhaustive exercise. The indexes include the activity of SOD, POD, CAT and GPT in serum (SGPT), the content of MDA and glycogen and T AOC. Unltrastrructure of liver is investigated by transmission electron microscope. Results show that after exhaustive exercise, SGPT activity and Gn content decrease significantly (P<0.05~0.01), and the activity of POD and the content of MDA increase significantly (P<0.05~0.01), but the activity of SOD CAT and T AOC has not changed (P>0.05). After 24 h restoration, the activity of SGPT, POD, CAT and Gn content is higher (P<0.01), and the content of MDA is lower (P<0.01), but the activity of SOD and T AOC is lower (P<0.05). Exhaustive exercise significantly destroys liver cell′s structure, and makes some organells significantly change. In conclusion, stress status caused by exhaustive significantly effects on oxidation status, glycogen content and ultrastructure of liver.
