摘要
采用文献资料法和访谈法 ,对周负荷密度的价值、意义、组成因素、安排的原则方法、计算与确定、注意事项等训练理论和方法问题进行了研究 ,特别是给出了课间专项负荷密度和周专项负荷密度计算公式 。
In this study, the author analyzied the value, significance, elements, principles of arrangement, calculation and confirmation, and the related precautions concerning weekly workload consistency through collecting data and interview. Especially the author gives the formula of break and weekly specialized workload consistency, thus provides a scientific method for arranging weekly workload consistency.
