我国高水平拳击运动员专项素质训练现状及对策研究

The Present Status and Countermeasures of Chinese Super Boxer's Specialized Training

随着竞技水平的日益提高,运动训练的专项化倍受各个体育项目教练的瞩目。我国拳击运动自开展以来,取得了较好成绩,但与国际水平相比,差距还是比较明显的,为尽快提高我国拳击运动竞技水平,作者在多年专业训练实践的基础上,深入调查我国部分省队的专项训练现状,根据有关理论,提出了我国拳击运动专项化训练的对策和建议。

With the improvement of competition level, specialized training is emphasized in the sports field. Though the boxing event in our country has made great progress, there is still a gap between Chinese boxing level and the world top level. Based on the investigation and some sports training theory, some countermeasures and suggestions are delivered to Chinese boxing specialized training.
