随着高校教育体制的逐步完善,我国高校逐步从学科中心论转到人本主义的教育模式,由以前的英才教育模式转向通才教育模式,以提高学生的全面素质及综合能力作为高校工作的主要目标。然而还有一些高校体育教育工作还存在以终结性评价为主,以考定优劣,按部就班,忽视了对学生非智力因素的培养。
