摘要
分析教师的职业性为立论基础 ,阐述了教师培养的职业性 ,指出培养模式的改革是高等师范教育发展的主要方面与重要走向 ,并提出了高等师范教育培养模式改革的多方面建议。
on the basis of analysis of teachers' profession, this paper states professional characteristic of training teachers, points out that the reform of training stpe is the key and trend to the development of tertiary teachers school, and put forward some suggestion.
