学生工作是一项复杂的系统工程 ,以往不少从事此项工作的同志进行不懈的探索 ,取得了不少宝贵的经验。本文试就从建立良好人际关系的角度就搞好班级集体提出粗浅的看法。

Work with students is complex and systematic. In the past many people working on this have gained cherished experiences after making great unstopping efforts. This paper attempts to present some ideas on classes construction from the aspect of building good relationships with people.
