摘要
阴极电流密度是影响熔盐电解技术经济的重要因素之一.在电解槽型的设计过程中,如何合理选择阴极电流密度,对提高熔盐电解的电流效率、单位时间产量,降低单位电耗等主要技术经济指标具有十分重要的现实意义.本试验通过在工业化生产实践中,系统地分析阴极电流密度的变化与电流效率、单位时间产量,降低单位电耗等指标之间的关系,以获得工业化生产条件下的最佳阴极电流密度参数.
Density of cathode current is a key factor to affect the technical economy of moltensalt electrolysis.It is of great significance for main economic technical indexes to improve current efficiency,unit power consumption and reducing unit output ect to choose density of cathode current in designing electrolysis tank.With the experiment in mass production,the optimum parameters of cathode current density is achieved by analyzing the relationship among indexes like the change of cathode current density,current efficiency,unit output and reduction of unit power consumption.
