介绍了《土地使用证申报、调查、审核与颁发计算机辅助系统》(软件 )的开发背景 ,软件的需求 .功能、特点及实施过程 ,并提出土地管理信息系统建设的一点思考 .
This article introduce the development background, requirments,function, characteristics,and implement of the Computer Aicled Apply,Investigate,Verify,and Issue Land use cer lificate software system. On this conclition,the arcticle gives useful suggestion to desgh Land Management infornation System.
