摘要 为观察经实验诱发棘球蚴病小鼠体内几种细胞因子水平的变化 ,研究棘球蚴病的免疫学发病机制 ,对小鼠腹腔接种棘球蚴原头节 ,持续 2 2 0 d观察其血清中细胞因子水平变化 ,结果表明与正常对照比较 ,IL- 2始终低于正常值 ,在 2 2 0 d达到峰值 ;IL- 4在 14 0 d前呈增高趋势 ,以后逐渐下降 ;GM- CSF始终在正常水平以上波动 ,其中在 10 0 d达到峰值 ;IFN-γ在 10 0 d后超过正常值 ,14 0 d后又急剧下降 ,说明机体在抗包虫免疫中的一个重要机制是 Th2辅助的体液免疫与 We investigated pathogenesis of immunology and the variable levels of several cytokines in mice with experimentally induced secondary Echinococcus granulosus infection. Following abdominal inoculation of echinococcus protoscoleces, we researched the change of serum level of cytokines. The course of the infection was followed for 220 days. As compared with uninfected controls, the change range level of IL 2 was always lower than that of the normal, and it showed a peak at 220th day after infection. The level of IL 4 was significantly increased during the first 140 days, and then there was a slow decrease after 140 days infection. During the course of infection, higher level of GM CSF were detected than that of the normal, and it showed a peak at 100th day post infection. The level of IFN γ was higher than that of the normal after 100 days post infection, whereas IFN γ was sharply decreased after 140 days post infection. The data suggest the induction of Th2 AMI with a parallel expansion of Th1 CMI as an important mechanism of host defence against granulosus.
