流动洗片暗箱在大骨节病病区应用效果分析

为阐明大骨节病区流动 X线摄影与现场洗片同步操作的科学价值 ,应用和推广暗箱洗片技术 ,将近几年暗房与暗箱洗片效果从照片质量和经济效益两个方面进行对比分析 ,客观反映和评价它们的技术弊端和优势。结果表明 ,暗房集中洗片因脱离 X线摄片现场 ,失去重要的监督和调控功能 ,成像质量下降 ,优质片 (年均 5 5 % )少 ,质差片和废片 (年均4 5 % )增加 ,每次普查照片损失费 5 0 0元 ;同时因向地方医院交纳暗房使用租金和其它费用 ,造成无形经济浪费 90 0元。流动洗片暗箱应用于病区农村与摄片相匹配 ,整体成像优质率 (年均 91% )提高 36 % ,因省去与医院和其它部门发生联系的中间环节 ,各种损失费近年来累加仅 6 2元 ,节省了人力、物力和财力 。

To interpret scientific value of synchro wielding mobile X ray photographing and field developing in Kashin beck disease areas and popularize mobile camera bellows, we observed the difference of the quality of development in dark room and field development by mobile camera bellows following camera bellow popularized. Because development in dark room could not work in the ground of X ray photographing, it lost the function of supervision and control. The quality of development came down with less top quality photos (mean 55%) and more poor quality and waste photos (mean 45%). The photos' lost fee was 500 yuan and the invisible economic waste was 900 yuan caused by developing in dark room per investigation. Because mobile camera bellows was linked with X ray photographing, the top grade rate of development raised 36% (mean91%), all kind of lost fee was only 62 yuan these years, manpower, material resources and financial resources were saved through remedying poor quality photos and waste photos.
