阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症临床特征及多导睡眠图分析

Analysis of osas patients's clinical feature and polysomnography

目的 了解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症 (OSAS)的常见临床表现及多导睡眠图表现。方法 回顾性分析总结我院诊断的 63例OSAS患者的临床症状、头面部结构、并发症及多导睡眠图情况。结果 OSAS患者最常见的临床特征有打鼾 ( 1 0 0 % )、白天嗜睡 ( 71 4% )、口咽狭小 ( 76 2 % ) ,最常见的合并症为肥胖 ( 85 7% )和高血压 ( 73 0 % ) ,呼吸紊乱指数 (RDI) 40 1 3± 2 5 5 0 ,其中轻度 (RDI 5 - 2 0 ) 1 6例 ,中度 (RDI2 0 - 40 ) 1 8例 ,重度 (RDI>40 ) 2 9例。结论 OSAS患者临床表现不尽一致 ,合并症多 。

Objective To learn the clinical feature and polysomnography of OSAS patients.Methods Through retrosp ective analyze,we have summarised 63 cases OSAS patients's clinical symptom?craniofacial structures and complication.Results The frequent clinical feature in OSAS patients are snore(100%)?daytime lethargy(71 4%)and oropharynx's narrowness(76 2%),the frequent complication are obesity(85 7%)and hypertention(73 0%),and the overnight polysomnograthy(PSG)show that the respiratory disturbance index(RDI)is 40 13±25 50 Conclusions OSAS patients have different clinical representations and complications,but through PSG,they could be diagnosed definitely.
