肾上腺节细胞神经瘤11例分析

Analyses of adrenal ganglioneuroma(report of 11 cases)

目的 探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的病因病理、临床症状及诊断治疗。方法 报告经病理证实的 1 1例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床资料。结果 1 1例均行手术治疗 ,随访 7例术后均未发现肿瘤局部复发和远处转移。结论 肾上腺节细胞神经瘤是一种罕见的良性肿瘤 ,多数临床症状不明显。诊断主要依赖B超、CT、MRI,确诊需要病理学检查 ,手术切除是其主要的治疗方法 。

Objective To probe into pathogeny,pathology,symptoms diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods 11 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma which were proved by pathology were reported and discussed with review of the literature.Results All patients were treated by surgery.Recurrences and metastases could not be found postoperatively during followsup in 7 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma.Conclusions Adrenal ganglioneuromas are rare benign tumors,most of which have not obvious symptoms.The diagnosis could be established in Bultrasonography,CT scan or MRI.The final diagnosis depends on pathology.Surgical resection of the tumor is the major therapy and the prognosis of most patients is good.
