摘要
目的 探讨CD4 4粘附分子、p5 3蛋白在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级和预后间的关系 .方法 采用免疫组化SABC法检测 6 5例确诊并有随访的星形细胞瘤患者的病理切片中CD4 4粘附分子和p5 3蛋白的表达 .结果 CD4 4粘附分子及p5 3蛋白阳性表达率分别为 72 % (47 6 5例 )和 38%(2 5 6 5例 ) ,在不同病理级别的肿瘤中有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) .6 5例星形细胞瘤中CD4 4和p5 3均阳性表达的有 2 0例(31% ) ,这 2 0例病例与 13例CD4 4粘附分子、p5 3蛋白表达均阴性病例 32例CD4 4粘附分子或p5 3蛋白单一阳性表达的病例的 1a和 3a存活率均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) .结论 CD4 4粘附分子和p5 3蛋白阳性检出率有助于判断星形细胞瘤恶性程度及预测肿瘤预后 .
AIM To investigate the correlation between histological grade, prognosis and expression of CD44 adhesion molecule and p53 protein in astrocytomas. METHODS Sixty five cases of astrocytomas with follow up history were included in this study. The expression of CD44 adhesion molecule and p53 protein in tumors was detected by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS The positive expression rates for CD44 adhesion molecule and p53 protein in the sixty five cases were 72% (47/65) and 38% (25/65) respectively. The positive expression rate for CD44 adhesion molecule and p53 protein increased with the progression of histological grade of tumors ( P <0 01). CD44 adhesion molecule and p53 protein were both positively expressed in 20 cases. Remarkable differences were observed in one year and three year survival rates between these 20 cases and those with both CD44 and p53 negative expression (13 cases) and those 32 cases with only CD44 or p53 positive expression ( P <0 01). CONCLUSION The detection of CD44 adhesion molecule and p53 protein helps in evaluating malignant degrees and predicting the prognosis of astrocytomas.
