本文在经碘盐防治的麻江县河坝乡观察了成人组和儿童组随机尿碘μg/L值与 24小时尿碘值的关系。受试者集中食宿,二餐米饭,自由饮水,活动。在室温15~28℃分别收集24小时混合尿和下午一次随机尿。结果:儿童组和成人组尿碘中位数分别为65.9μg/24h,95.1μg/24h。儿童组和成人组不论是下午随机尿或24小时尿碘μg/L值均分别显著大于尿碘μg/24h值。儿童组随机尿和24小时尿碘μg/gcr值分别显著大于尿碘μg/24h值。成人组随机尿和24小时尿碘μg/gcr值与其尿碘μg/24h值相似。成人组尿碘50~100μg/L者的百分频率显著低于尿碘50~100μg/24h的百分频率。尿碘100~200μg/L者的百分频率显著高于尿碘100~200μg/24h的百分频率。 结果表明,成人组随机尿碘μg/L值受季节气温增高而值升高,当气温较高尿液浓缩时,尿碘浓度和尿肌酐浓度同时增高,故二者比值与尿碘μg/24h值接近。
The relation between random urinary iodine values and 24 hours' urinary iodine contents were studied in adults and 7-14-year schoolchildren in a community of Majiang County where iodized salt (10-16ppm) had been delivered for prophylaxis of IDD for 12 years. All the subjects had the same meals which were similar to their ordinary meals at home and urinary samples were collected at room temperature. Results showed that means of urinary iodine for schoolchildren and adults were 65.9 μg/24h and 95.1 μg/24h, respectively. Urinary iodine values expressed by μg / L for schoolchildren and adults, in random or 24 hours' samples, were much higher than those expressed by μg / 24h. Mean urinary iodine values expressed by μg / gcr were similar to those expressed by μg / 24h in random or 24 hours' samples for adults. The percentage of the urinary iodine values 50 μl00 μg / L was much lower than that of 50-100 μg/24h for adults, but percentage of the urinary iodine values 100-200 μg/ L was much higher than that of 100-200ug/ 24h. It was indicated that urinary iodine values expressed by μg / L were incraeased along with the elevation of temperature. When temperature was high and urine was concentrated, both urinary iodine contents and urinary creatinine were increased for adults, therefore, the ratio of the 2 values were similar to the value expressed by μg / 24h.
