摘要
该文叙述了上海汽轮发电机有限公司首台 6 0 0 MW汽轮发电机的绝缘材料及绝缘结构 ,包括定子线圈的电磁线和线圈主绝缘、防晕结构 ,端部绝缘及固定件 ,转子线圈匝间绝缘、对地绝缘 (槽绝缘 )、引线绝缘 (径向和轴向导电螺杆绝缘 )等问题的研究。
This paper described the insulation materials and structure of 600MW turbine generator ,the research including insulated strands, main insulation of stator coils,corona protection system,fast and insulation parts used in end part,rotor coils' turn insulation ,slot cell,connector of rotor coils.
