摘要
本文报告沙鼠利什曼原虫经免疫血清培养后、用光学显微镜和透射电镜同时观察的结果。主要变化是原虫的质膜明显扩伸,表面出现突起和凹陷,甚至形成皱折。由于质膜和细胞内容物的比例失调,以致形态多样,甚或结构错位。随着质膜面积的明显扩展,下微管数相应增加。免疫血清对核、线粒体动基体复合体等亦有一定的影响。上述变化多可恢复。高浓度的免疫血清似可引起部分原虫的死亡。
It has been demonstrated that immune serum may induce some morphological changes of leishmania promastigotes in culture, but divergent results were reported by different authors under micrcscope. Comparative studies on the morphological aberrations by ligh microscopy and electron microscopy were carried out. Results showed that in the medium with immune serum, the plasma membrane of promastigotes extended, protruded and indented, even creased remarkably. Because of the incoordination of the proportion of plasma membrane to cytoplasm and its contents, the morphological aberration including calabash or dumbbell-like appearance was viewed, and even its organelle displaces or disarranges occurred. With remarkable extention of the plasma membrane, the number of submembranemicrotubules increased, which resulted in the forming of the hyaline structure adhesive to each other as shown by light microscopy. The immune serum had some effects on nucleus and mitochondrium-kinetoplast complex, which could be restored after transferring to medium with normal rabbit-serum. High concentration of immune serum had lethal effect on part of the parasites. The fission of the nucleus and flagell could be seen, but the syncytium did not appear.
