摘要
文章针对开发基于工业PC的国产高性能运动控制器,提出了采用ISP技术和双端RAM实现软件升级硬件和双CPU间高速数据交换。该系统结构解决了传统运动控制器执行速度慢,体积大、结构固定,硬件无法实现升级;用户的动态变量无法在线下载的缺点;从开发过程和使用效果来看:该设计有效缩短了开发周期,提高了数控系统硬件的质量,提出了运动控制器的新概念,运行结果表明系统完全达到了设计要求。
In order to exploit homemade high performance motion controller based on industrial PC,this paper applies ISP technology to upgrade hardware by software and uses dual-port ram to realize high-speed data communication.Its architecture overcomes the traditional controller defect,such as low speed,big volume ,fixing structure of hardware,the dynamic variable of user can't download on-line,etc.From the developing procedure and actual working,it can make a conclusion that this design is effective in shorting the developing time ,improves the quality of CNC system and ad-vances the new concept of motion controller.The result of function shows the system reaches demands of design.
