摘要
研究中发现橡胶树胶乳中的橡胶粒子膜上存在遍在蛋白(Ubiquitin),天然橡胶就是在橡胶粒子上合成的,一些与橡胶合成相关的酶或蛋白就位于橡胶粒子膜上。为了探讨多聚遍在蛋白(Polyubiquitin)基因在天然橡胶合成中可能的调节作用,对橡胶树Polyubiquitin基因的表达进行了研究。Northernblot分析表明,Polyubiquitin基因在橡胶树叶片、树皮和胶乳中都表达,在胶乳中的表达量比叶片和树皮中的高。用外源乙烯和茉莉酸处理的未开割橡胶树和开割橡胶树进行处理后,均可引起Polyubiquitin基因表达增强,未开割橡胶树对外源乙烯和茉莉酸处理比开割橡胶树的反应敏感。
Northern blot analysis of RNA isolated from the latex,young leaves and bark revealed that polyubiquitin expression was highest in the latex and lowest in young leaves.The polyubiquitin gene was induced in untapped rubber trees and in tapped rubber trees by exogenous ethylene and jasmonic acid treatments.The untapped rubber trees are more sensitive to exogenous ethylene and jasmonic acid treatments than the tapped rubber trees.
