摘要
本文报告应用多元线性回归分析,探讨了布鲁氏菌素皮内变态反应与血清学反应之间的关系,并在此基础上初步建立了两者之间的回归数学模型(Y=-21.86303+7.20668x_1+6.34513x_2)。结果表明:布鲁氏菌素皮内变态反应与SAT和Coomb's血清学反应均存在线性回归和相关关系(P<0.01),复相关系数(R_r.12)为0.83293(P<0.01),偏相关系数分别为0.56(r_1r.2)(P<0.01)和 0.5124(r_2r.1)(P<0.01)。
The relationship between brucellin skin test (BST) and serological reaction (SAT and Goomb's) is discussed in this paper by multiple linear regression, and a mathematical model of Y = -21.86303+7.20668X1+6.34513X2 has been established. BST and serological reaction both by SAT and Coomb's showed linear regression and correlation relationships (P<0.01) with a mutiple correlation coefficient(Ry.12) of 0.83293 (P<0.01) and partial correlation coefficients (r1y.2 , R2y.1) of 0.516 (P<0.01) and 0.5124 (P<0.01), respectively.
