摘要
选用青藏高原东部的黄河首曲草原年龄、胎次、营养状况相近的产奶牦牛40头,随机分4组,在同等条件下进行试验,探讨β–羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)、硒(Se)对抗氧化系统功能的影响以及锗(Ge-132)、硒(Se)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)在抗氧化过程中的相互关系,和全血Ge-132、Se、Cu、Zn含量的变化。试验期共50 d, 每隔10 d采集血样, 测定血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活力及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量和全血中的Ge-132、Se、Cu、Zn含量,并做相关性分析。结果表明:给产奶牦牛适当补充Ge-132、Se能提高机体抗氧化系统的功能,提高全血Ge-132、Se及Cu的含量,降低全血Zn的含量,并且Ge-132、Se联合应用效果优于Ge-132、Se单独应用,Ge-132、Se联合应用具有协同抗氧化作用。
Experiments were conducted with 40 dairy yaks that live in the prairie of the first large bend of the Yellow River, the east of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, to study the effects of β-Carboxyethel Germanium Sesquioxid (Ge-132) and Selenium (Se) on the function of antioxidant system and the relationship and the content of Germanium (Ge-132), Selenium (Se), Cuprum (Cu) and Zinc(Zn) in blood. They were randomly divided into 4 groups, each consisting 10 dairy yaks. Under the same condition, the experiments were completed within 50 days. Blood samples were collected at 10 days intervals in order to examine the activities of GSH-PX and Cu Zn-SOD.The content of MDA in serum, and the content of Ge-132, Se, Cu, and Zn in whole blood are determined. Mean while, the correlative analysis was finished. The results show that Ge-132 and Se can increase the dairy yak抯 function of antioxidant system and that the efficiency of the combination of Ge-132 and Se is superior to the use of Ge-132 and Se alone.
