摘要
用 Hind Ⅲ、Bgl I、EcoR I 三种限制性核酸内切酶消化了8株非典型布鲁氏菌的染色体DNA,并在0.8％琼脂糖、4％和10％的聚丙烯酞胺凝胶上进行了电泳,各菌株的酶切图谱未显出明显的不同。
The genemic DNA of 8 atypical Brucella strains were digested with the restriction endonuclease of HindⅢ, Bgl Ⅰ, EcoR Ⅰ, and agarose gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis assays of the genomic DNAs were carried out. There isn't obvious difference among the fingerprints.
