低硒大骨节病区粮对大鼠软骨胶原可溶性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本文应用低硒大骨节病区粮、病区粮加硒和非病区粮饲料喂养三组大鼠,目的观察低硒大骨节病区粮和硒对软骨胶原可溶性的影响。结果表明,低硒大骨节病区粮可导致大鼠软骨胶原可溶性胶原含量降低,提示胶原合成速率下降。加硒后部分可溶性胶原含量增高。低硒大骨节病区粮对大鼠软骨胶原可溶性的影响与机体硒缺乏和血清VC含量降低有关。 In this trial, 3 groups of rats were fed with different diets: (l)diet of cereals from Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) endemic area (KBD group); (2) Se-supplemented diet of cereals from the same area as above (Se-sup group); and (3) diet of cereals from non-KBD endemic area (Non-KBD group). The purpose for this trial was to investigate the effects of selenium and cereals from KBD endemic area on the solubility of the cartilage collagen. Results showed that cereals from KBD endemic area lowered soluble collagen contents of rat cartilage which might result from decreased synthesis rate of cartilage collagen. Se-supplemented cereals from KBD endemic area, on the other hand, increased soluble collagen content of the cartilage to some extent. It was suggested the changes of cartilage collagen in KBD group were related to the deficiency of Se and ascorbic acid.
