摘要
用大骨节病区低硒粮和加硒粮喂养大鼠60天,观察到低硒组大鼠心、肝溶酶体组织蛋白酶D活性高于加硒组,该酶活性与血硒含量呈非常显著的负相关关系,提示酶活性的增高可能与低硒导致溶酶体膜稳定性遭到破坏有关。
SD rats were fed on Se-deficient diet from a Kashin桞eck disease endemic area and Se-deficinet diet supplemented with sodium selenite for 60 days. Results showed that the activities of heart and liver lysosomal cathepsin D were higher in the Se deficient group than those of Se-supplemented group. There was a significantly negative correlation between blood Se and cathepsin D activities. These data suggest that Se deficiency cause increasing the cathepsin D activities probably related to the damage of lysosomal membrane.
