By making use of L p \|estimation in the partial differential equations und the theory of positive opevatols in nonlinear analysis,the unique existence of the strong solution for the property evolution equation is given,also the monotone imcreasing of the property quantity based on the science and technology progress as well as the capacity of physical labor is proved.$$$$
