摘要
轴流式风机的噪声是空气动力性噪声 ,电动机噪声 ,风机机械性噪声 ,扩散器出口噪声 ,检查门及风井漏气噪声等相互叠加的结果。对电机房和风机房的噪声分别采取隔声处理与加装吸声体相结合的方法降噪 ,对鼓风机厂自配扩散塔消声器出口噪声采取增加新消声器的方法降噪 ,取得了较好的降噪效果 ,综合声级达到环保要求 ,厂界噪声夜间实测只有 4 5dB。
The noise from axial fans is a combination of the air dynamic noise,the motor noise,the mechanical noise from fan,the noise from the diffuser exits and that caused by the leaking of gas in the inspection doors and the axial shafts.By integrating the sound insulation treatment and the installation of sound absorbers for the noise in the electronic motor house and the axial fan house and installing new noise silencers for the noise from the exists of those silencers self-equipped by the blower factories for the diffusion towers,we have achieved good results in noise reduction with the composite sound level meeting the demands of environmental protection and the measured factory noise at night reduced to the level of 45 dB.
