摘要
目的 :探讨反流性食管炎 (Refluxesophagitis,RE)的食管酸暴露、酸反流类型 ,及酸反流在反流性食管性食管炎的发生中的作用。方法 :使用DigtrapperMKⅢ携带式食管 2 4hpH监测仪 (PCpolrrafHR瑞典产 )测定 12例正常人及反流性食管炎患者 2 8例的食管 2 4hpH值。结果 :RE组总的、卧位和立位反流时间构成比均显著高于正常组 (P <0 0 1)。RE组卧位和立位反流次数相比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。在RE组中 ,立位、卧位酸反流时间构成比比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :食管长时间的酸暴露 ,可能在RE的发病中起重要的作用 。
Objective:To investigate the characteristic changes of esophageal acid exposure time and patterns of gastroesophageal acid reflux in order to realize the funtion of acid reflux in reflax exophagitis(RE).Methods:By using Digtrapper MKⅢ 24h esophageal monitoring,the pH level were studied in 12 healthy persons and 28 patients with refux exophagitic patients.Results:The percentages of total,supine and upright acid exposure time in patients with RE were higher than those in controls (P<0 01).while there were no difference in the percentage of pH below 4 of reflux episodes between upright and supine postures(P>0 05).Conclusion:Long esophageal acid exposure time may pay an important role in the pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis.The result suggest that upright reflux may be as important as supine reflux in the development of reflux esophagitis.
