Treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with TENOR spinal system

摘要 目的 探讨TENOR椎弓根钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析 32例应用TENOR系统治疗胸腰椎骨折患者手术前后的神经功能和固定复位情况。 结果全部 32例获得随访 ,平均随访 13个月 (5~ 44个月 )。所有骨折均愈合 ,局部无疼痛 ,无内固定失效。椎体畸形从术前Cobb角平均 2 2 .5°恢复至 3°。按ASIA分级 ,神经功能 9例无变化 (其中A级3例 ,D级 1例 ,E级 5例 ) ,其余 2 4例均有 1~ 2级的提高。 结论 TENOR系统具有良好的复位和固定作用 ,术后维持复位效果好 ,是理想的治疗胸腰椎骨折的内固定器械。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TENOR spinal system in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Thirty-two cases of thoracolumbar fractures treated with TENOR spinal system were studied retrospectively. The neurological function and the reduction were compared between preoperation and postoperation. Results All cases were followed up for 5-44 months (average 13 months). The fractures were all healed without regional pain or failure of internal fixation. There was a restoration of Cobb angle from mean preoperative 22.5° to postoperative 3°. According to ASIA grade, there was no change in the neurological function of 9 cases (3 cases at grade A, 1 grade D and 5 grade E). The ASIA grade in other 24 cases was increased for 1-2 grades. Conclusions TENOR spinal system is effective in reduction and fixation of thoracolumbar fractures with a satisfactory postoperative maintenance of induction. It is an ideal internal fixation instrument for treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
