摘要
目的 观察宁红瘦身含片 (NHSTs)对肥胖高脂血症模型大鼠的减肥降脂作用。方法 采用肥胖高脂血症大鼠模型 ,观察宁红瘦身含片对肥胖大鼠体质量、体脂及血脂的影响。结果 宁红瘦身含片可明显抑制肥胖大鼠的体质量增长 ,影响其肥胖程度 ,且可使肥胖高脂血症大鼠TC ,TG及AI下降。结论 宁红瘦身含片具有较明显的抑制肥胖大鼠体质量增长及降脂作用。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Ninghong sliming tablets' (NHST) functions of losing weight on fat hyperlipaemia rats. Methods The mice model of obese hyperlipaemia were treated with NHST and weight, body lipid and blood lipid were determined. Results Weight increasing of rat were restrained and the contents of TC, TG and AI were restrained too. Conclusion NHST have remarkable function of losing weight and decreasing blood lipid.
