摘要
目的 探讨丹参注射液对H2 O2 诱导的血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)增殖的影响。方法 用H2 O2 刺激VSMC增殖 ,应用氚 -胸腺嘧啶核苷 (3H -TdR)掺入实验观察VSMC的DNA合成 ,同时测定培养液中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)的含量。结果 丹参注射液剂量依赖性地抑制H2 O2 诱导的VSMC的3H -TdR掺入量 ,降低LPO的含量。结论 丹参注射液对预防由活性氧诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增殖所引起的疾病可能具有重要作用。
Objective It is to investigate the effects of injection salviae miltiorrhizae (ISM) on vascular smooth muscular cell (VSMC) proliferation induced by H 2O 2. Methods H 2O 2 was added to the medium of cultured VSMC, effects of ISM on the VSMC proliferation were detected by incorporation of 3H TdR and the contents of lipid peroxide (LPO) in medium was simultaneously determined. Results ISM had does dependent effects of reducing incorporation of 3H TdR and decreasing LPO. Conclusion ISM have certain effect in preventing disease caused by vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation induced reactive oxygen species.
