摘要
目的 研究油酸致急性肺损伤血浆中抗凝血酶Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ )的变化。方法 采用从大鼠尾静脉注射油酸制成急性肺损伤模型 ,用美国ACL 2 0 0 0型全自动血凝分析仪发色底物法对大鼠血浆中AT Ⅲ的活性进行测定 ,免疫火箭电泳法测血浆AT Ⅲ含量。结果 制作大鼠急性肺损伤模型后 90分钟 ,大鼠血浆中AT Ⅲ的活性及含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 油酸致急性肺损伤血液的抗凝机制减弱 。
Objective To investigate changes of the levels of plasma antithrombin in rats with acute lung injury(ALI) induced by oleic acid.Methods To inject the oleic acid into the rats' caudal vein to make the models of ALI. The plasma levels of antithrombin in ALI models and normal controls were determined using ACLTM-2000 (Automated Coagulation Laboratory ,USA) by the method of determined a synthetic chromogenic substrata and rocket electrophoresis.Results In 90min after injection of oleic acid, the plasma levels and activities of antithrombin in ALI models were significantly lower than those in normal controls(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion ALI induced by oleic acid, the activity of anticoagulation decrease.
