摘要
目的 :通过对 3种蚊香采用模拟实验和室内生物药效KT50 和 2 4h死亡率测定 ,比较两种方法对结果的影响程度和正确评价蚊香类产品的有效途径。方法 :采用GB13 917和GB T173 2 2规定的测试方法和评价标准进行 ,试虫为本实验室饲养的淡色库蚊敏感品系 ,测试样品来源于监督机构采样、市场抽样和企业自送检样品。结果 :KT50 和2 4h死亡率 ,均以盘式蚊香为最高 (75 .0 0 % ) ,在盘式蚊香中添加巴沙能提高KT50 和 2 4h死亡率。模拟实验测试法对盘式蚊香比较敏感 (χ2 =18.66,P <0 .0 5 ) ;但电热片蚊香与电热液体蚊香差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .3 2 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :生物药效测试是评价蚊香类产品的有效方法 ,在盘式蚊香测试中 ,模拟现场对靶生物要比室内药效测试方法敏感 ,但电热片蚊香与电热液体蚊香则不然 ,认为两种测试方法具有互补性 ,对蚊香类产品的测试采用两种方法同时进行 。
Objective:Comparing the influences of test methods on their results of KT 50 and 24 h death rate of mosquito in order to explore the proper way to evaluate mosquito incense products.Methods:Simulating field test and the standard test for indoor insecticidal efficacy were adopted according to the test methods and evaluating standards of GB13917and GB/T17322.Results:Amoung mosquito-repellent products, incense coils had better insecticidal efficacy in simulating field test than in the indoor insecticidal efficacy test(χ 2=18.66,P<0.05) while electric mosquito-repellent mat and electric mosquito-repellent liquid had no significant differences (χ 2=0.32,P>0.05). Conclusion: Amoung mosquito-repellent products, incense coils had better insecticdal efficacy in simulating field test than in the indoor insecticidal efficacy test while electric mosquito-repellent mat and liquid had no significant differences. The two methods complemented mutually. Adoption of them meantime in tests of mosquito-repellent products can correct or reduce experimental error.
