两种卫生杀虫剂对德国小蠊的药效比较

Comparative Efficacy of Two Kinds of Insecticides Against Blattella germanica in Laboratory

目的 :比较 2 5 %COOPEX和 10 %FENDONA对德国小蠊的持效。方法 :强迫接触法。结果 :2 5 %COOPEX和 10 %FENDONA 3种剂量对德国小蠊在玻璃板面、油漆板面、水泥板面分别持效观察 12周 ,平均死亡率分别为 80 %～ 10 0 %、60 %～ 10 0 %、66%～ 10 0 %。结论 :在推荐剂量下 ,10 %FENDONA(SC)的持效作用好于 2 5 %COOPEX(WP)。

Objective:To compare the residual effect of 25% COOPEX and 10% FENDONA.Methods:Force contacting method.Results:The long-lasting efficacy of 25%COOPEX and 10%FENDONA against Blattella germanica was observed for 12 weeks on the glasses,the death rate was 80%-100%;For the painted wood,the death rate was 60%-100%;For the cement,the death rate was 66%-100%.Conclusion:The long-lasting efficacy of 10%FENDONA was better than that of the 25%COOPEX.
