摘要
应用透射电镜的方法 ,研究了三种铜离子浓度对鲫鱼脾细胞超微结构的影响。结果表明 :脾细胞超微结构变化明显 ,主要表现在线粒体和内质网。线粒体双层膜解体 ,形成空白区 ,嵴断裂、膨大和扭曲。内质网亦变化明显。
By method of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),effect of three copper ion ultrastructure of spleen cell of carp Cyprinus carpio was revealed for the first time.The results showed that the main alterations were both mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum in three copper concentrations. First of all,the mitochondrial double membranes partly or fully disintegrated and there are a few blank regions in mitochondria. Secondly, the cristaes were separated,swelling and twisted. So was the endoplasmic reticulum.
