摘要
研究了 3种药用虫茶及虫茶原植物的水浸液对几种肠道和非肠道微生物的影响情况 ,结果表明 :复合三叶虫茶对革兰阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌具显著的抑制作用 ,对保加利亚乳杆菌具显著的促进作用 ;纯净三叶虫茶对保加利亚乳杆菌具显著的促进作用 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌具显著的抑制作用 ;化香虫茶、常规绿茶及虫茶原植物三叶海棠 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽胞杆菌具显著的抑制作用 ,但对保加利亚乳杆菌未表现出抑、促作用 ;蚕沙对所有供试菌均无明显的抑制作用 ,但对保加利亚乳杆菌略有促进作用 ,蚕沙原植物桑叶对所有供试菌均无明显的抑、促作用 ;另外 ,具有抑菌效果的样品其抑菌作用在一定范围内随浓度的提高而增强。
It was studied on effect of extracts from three kinds of medical Chinese Chongcha (a drink similar tea made from some excrements of insects in China) and their original plants on some microorganisms. The results showed that: The extract from complicated Chinese Sanye Chongcha could inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, strongly, and could stimulate Lactobacillus burglaricus . The pure Sanye Chongcha could stimulate Lactobacillus burglaricus , and inhibit Staphylococcus aureus strongly. The extract from Huaxiang Chongcha, green tea and Sanye Haichang (the original plant of Sanye Chongcha , i. e Malus sieboldii )could inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, but could not stimulate Lactobacillus burglaricus . That from Chansha (Chinese name of excrement of silkworm) could not inhibit the tested microbes, but could a little stimulate Lactobacillus burglaricus . The ability of antibacteria could increase with the concentration increasing.
