Contributions of Ecological Agriculture Construction to Ecological Assets in Baiquan County

利用指标相对评价法 ,选择 7个关键指标 ,对黑龙江省拜泉县生态农业建设情况的评价得出 ,该县生态资产从 2 0世纪 70年代末仅占系统自然生态资产总量的 1 3 .75 %上升到了目前的 2 5 .2 1 %。说明生态农业建设对缓解生态资产的耗竭 ,提高其积累速度具有重要作用。

The quality of ecological assets is the basis and precondition for one specific ecosystem to reach sustainable development.After highly intense and continuously disturbance by human being,the ecological assets of an artificial ecosystem has depleted rapidly.Good news however has been heard since the practice of ecological agriculture has been carried out successfully in China.With assessment for the performance of Baiquan ecological county,Heilongjiang province,this paper shows us the contribution of this ecological activity to the change of ecological assets in one specific ecosystem.Result tells us that the ecological assets of the research site has increased from 13 75% in 70s last century up to 25 21% in the latest several years of the last millennium after nearly 20 years of ecological construction.The experimental results of this action have told us that the construction of the ecological agriculture has significant influence in tontrolling the depletion of ecological assets,making it reaccumulation and restoring the function of the system.This is however the start of this work,materials and cashes showld be input in the future.
