三七药材指纹图谱研究

Studies on the Fingerprint of Radix Notoginseng

目的 :应用HPLC法制定三七药材指纹图谱检测标准。方法 :Nova Pak C1 8分析柱 ,乙腈 水梯度洗脱 ,流速 1 0ml min ,检测波长 2 10nm。结果和结论 :建立了三七药材的指纹图谱检测标准 ,实验方法简便、准确、重复性好。

Objective:To study the fingerprints of the radix notoginseng.Method:Nova\|PakC 18 column was used,with mixture liquid of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The wavelength of measurement was 210nm.Result and Conclusion:The standard fingerprint of the radix notoginseng has been gotten.The method is simple and reliable.
