Determination of Codeine in Qiangli Pipa Lu by HPLC

用HPLC色谱法 ,选用PhenomenexC1 8柱 (15 0× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,以 0 0 5mol L磷酸二氢钾溶液 乙腈 (94∶6 )为流动相 ,2 10nm为检测波长 ,对强力枇杷露中可待因的含量进行了测定。平均回收率为 99 9% ,RSD为 1 6 %。该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好 ,可作为此制剂质量标准的控制方法。

To determine codeine in Qiangli Pipa Lu by HPLC method.The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Phenomenex C 18 column (150×4 6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was composed of 0 05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate\|acetonitrile (94∶6).Detection wavelength was 210nm.The average recovery was 99.9% and the RSD is 1.6%.The method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Qiangli Pipa Lu.
