托吡酯长期治疗儿童癫的临床研究

Clinical study on Topiramate in the long-term treatment of epilepsy in children

目的 :观察托吡酯长期治疗儿童各型癫痫的疗效和安全性。方法 :对应用托吡酯 (添加或单药 )治疗 5个月发作减少≥ 75 %的 3 1例患者继续追踪巩固治疗 >2a ,并观察疗效维持和不良反应。结果 :3 1例各型癫痫患儿经应用托吡酯治疗 >2a ,疗效比较稳定 ,复发 6例 (19 4% ) ,不良反应 10例 ,除少汗不良反应外未见血液、肝、肾等重要脏器损害。不良反应均在 5个月内消失。结论 :托吡酯是一种广谱、高效。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Topiramate in the long-term treatment of various pediatric epilepsy.Methods Thirty-one patients were continuously treated with Topiramate for over 2 years to observe its stability of therapeutic effect and adverse reaction after 5-month-treatment when attack times were reduced by 75%.Results Six patients(19.4%) recurred.Ten had adverse reactions which disappared within 5 months except less sweat.Topiramate did not influence hepatic,renal function and blood system parameters.Conclusion Being a new agent of antiepileptic drugs,Topiramate is safe and effective.
