摘要 目的:通过对护理人员实施竞聘上岗制的态度进行调查,了解不同层次护理人员的心态倾向和各种需求,以探讨与医院改革发展相适应的护理管理对策。方法:采取问卷调查法。内容包括对实施竞聘上岗制的看法;是否存在心理压力以及压力的主要来源等等。采用百分数、x2检验等统计学方法对调查结果进行分析。结果:97.31%的护理人员认为竞聘上岗符合当前的改革形势,而且各年龄段之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);92.93%的护理人员对竞聘上岗感到有压力;51.85%的护理人员认为压力的主要来源之一是学历偏低。结论:绝大多数护理人员对竞聘上岗持肯定态度,但同时也感受到了不同程度的压力。因此,提示护理管理者应及时采取措施积极引导,以促进该项改革制度的不断完善,推动护理事业向前发展。 Objective: The purpose of the research was to identify attitudes and requirements of different level nursing staff,and explore nursing management measures that match the development of hospital reform. Method:The questionnaire was used which included the attitudes towards the position competition,whether there exits any phychological pressure, the main source of pressure and so on. The data was analyzed by means of percentage,x2 test. Result:97. 31% nursing staffs thought the competition went with the current reform situation and no difference in different level ages(P≥0. 05) ;92. 93% of nursing staffs felt the pressure due to the position competition; 51. 85% of nursing staffs thought the one of main pressure source was from too low level of education. Conclusion: Major nursing staff should a positive attitude towards the position competition, but at the same time felt the pressurse. Therefore it was suggested that the nursing manager should carry out active measures to direct the staffs so as to improve the nursing innovation and push forward the development of nursing profession.
