老年门诊患者用药依从性的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the old patients' compliancy for medication

目的:为了提高老年患者用药的依从性。方法:采用问卷法对100例老年门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果:100例老年门 诊患者中只有48％能遵医嘱用药。结论:提高老年门诊患者对自身疾病和用药知识的认识,建立良好的医患关系,掌握患者 的就医心态,注重心理护理,建立社区服务网络和家庭支持帮助系统双重监督机制,可以提高患者用药依从性。

The purpose of the study was to improve the effect of drug on the old patients. Method: 100 old patients in clinic were selected and completed the questionnaire. Result:Only 48% of old patients could take drug as doctor' s order. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the old patients' understanding of disease and medication good doctor - patient relationship, know the feeling of patients, set social service web and family support system in order to improve the old patients' compliancy for medication.
