摘要
目的:实现护理质量零缺陷。方法:将我们的承诺、诊疗时间安排、病人的权利及义务、医护人员的权利及义务、护理查房、健康教育、病人关心的问题等制作成诊疗服务手册,下发给每一位住院病人和在门诊部接受治疗护理的病人;将住院常规护理、常用护理操作标准、护理收费、投诉方式等制作成彩色卡片悬挂在每间病房。结果:病人对护理人员的服务态度及业务技术满意率有了明显提高。结论:实行护理工作标准公示,对实现护理质量零缺陷起着积极的推动作用。
Objective;In order to attain flaw rate to zero. Method: The diagnosis and treatment handbook was made which included the diagnosis and treatment time, patient' s and nurse' s right and duty, nursing rounds, healthy education and the problem that patients pay attention to. And the handbook were delivered to every patient. The card about in - patient common nursing, nursing practice standard, nursing charge was put on the wall of the ward. Result:These measures made the patients satisfied in respects of nurse' s attitude and practice. Conclusion: Nursing standardized show can promote nursing quality - flaw rate to zero.
