摘要
为增强护理人员之间的竞争意识,促进护理技术操作水平的提高,结合科室专业特点,我科每季度有选择性的对临床常用护理技术操 作进行考核,收到了较好的效果。考核根据年资分组和内容,以小教员带教、本科及邻科护士长监考的形式进行,操作对象均为所属需要治疗 的病人,通过这种形式的竞赛缩短了理论与实践的距离,浓厚了护士对操作练习的兴趣,完美了护士在实践工作中的形象。
To raise the awareness of competition and improve the nursing techniques, the nursing techniques operations were valuated selectively among nurses every season according to the characteristic of different departments. The valuation supervised by head nurses was carried out as teams. These teams were formed according to the working age as well as valuation contents. Because all the operations valuated were carried on real patients, the nurses could put theories into practice with great interests, improve their work abilities and perfect the nurses' roles.
