军队医院参与社会医疗保险门诊管理的体会

军队医院参与地方医疗保险是市场经济发展的必然趋势,我院作为军队的三级甲等医院于2000年成为河北省医疗保险定点医院,通过两年多的实践证明:要使医疗保险在军队医院顺利开展,要加强相应的管理,搞好宣传教育,强化管理职能,加大管理调控,在规范化、有序化方面下功夫,取得较好的社会效益和经济效益,门诊病人就诊量明显增多,提高了医疗市场的竞争力。我们体会到,军队医院参与社会医院保险,只有真正把以“病人为中心”的工作做到实处,才能开创出医患双赢局面,满足不同层次病人的医疗需求,从而树立了医院在人们心目中的地位和形象。

The military hospital playing an important part of the society medical insurance is an inevitable uptrend of development of the market economy. Our hopspital, being one of first - class, became the hopspital of medical insurance of Hebei province in 2000. We got to know through practice for 2 years as follows:proper management of nursing, propaganda and education and emphasizing of the management are necessary for the successful development of medical insurance in the military hospital. By putting in time and energy in order and standardization, we have got both social and economic benefits. The outpatients increased obviously. The capability of hospital competition is improved. Our experiences are as follows:just only do our best for the patients to satisfy their different demands, and 'take the outpaitents as our focus' , the hospital can make steadily progress and be accepted by the patients.
